The Round Table is published as a public forum for Northern High School in Durham, North Carolina.

The members of The Round Table staff, conscious that they are representatives of the administration, the faculty, and most importantly the student body, pledge themselves: to present the facts truthfully and accurately; to formulate constructive publicity for any activities promoted by the school; to recognize the achievements of the faculty, students, and the alumni; to support the administration and the faculty in any effort to improve educational procedures; and to advocate programs that will benefit the intellectual, civic, or social life of the students of Northern High School.
The Round Table, printed by the Durham Herald Sun, is a free publication.
