Fortnite season 7 leaves players anxious for more
Fortnite Battle Royale is a free-to-play PvP game. It was released on September 27th 2017 and the amount of players since the release has increased a lot. Thousands of people watch Fortnite every day on Twitch and YouTube. It has more watch time than any show on Hulu and Netflix. Every season adds a new scenery change in the game, like this season there is a snow area and in season five they added a desert area.
This season there has been a lot added to the game such as airplanes and zip lines. Many items have been added and taken out, even items that have been vaulted (taken out of the game) are returning. Kids ages 12 and up are playing the game every chance they get.
Fortnite is a game that is played almost everywhere in the world. They have made billions of dollars off cosmetics, weekly item sets, and weekly and daily challenges. There is also a editing concept to edit your build so you do not have no break it. Even the shooting unlike any other battle royale game Fortnite is a third person shooter. January 12th 2018 they added “first shot accuracy” which is when your sight closes in and your bound to hit your target.
When Fortnite first launched the only mobility you had was in your feet. Now there is glider redeploy, launch pads, rift-to-go, quad crashers, x-4 stormwings, and shopping carts. The map is really big and there is a different zone every game, as the game goes on the zone gets smaller until there is one alive.
There is a new Limited time mode every week, limited time mode it can change the paste of the game or the weapons or how many people can be in the game. At this current state of Fortnite it will be a game that people will play for a long time.
