Shiki Sushi has great service and better food

A survey conducted by the franchise Pei Wei shows that 32% of americans eat sushi at least five times a year and 62% that have tried it at least once would try it again.

Shiki Sushi and Tasu Asian bistro are both owned by the same person with four locations in the Raleigh-Durham area.

These restaurants have a wide variety of foods ranging from American meals such as burgers and fries to more Asiatic meals such as soups, sushi, hibachi and salads.

All locations have superior service and extremely humble waiters, always using polite language with their customers. Servers are very attentive to all customer needs, making sure that everyone has the best experience possible.

For a party of eight it only took around an hour to sit down, order and eat.

When dining with four or more people, taking advantage of their unique buy one get one deals, along with the "boat" style sushi is the best option. A “boat” starts with five rolls and has a maximum of 12 rolls plated on a wooden boat and is visually appealing.

The sushi selection is superior with over 30 rolls to choose from. The house favorite is called “Surf and Turf” which is tempura lobster tail and cucumber, topped with seared sake beef, ponzu sauce and sesame seeds.

Overall, Shiki Sushi restaurants are well put together with an amazing wait staff that has superior service.
