The Autorific Car Wash Holds Its Grand Opening with Free Washes.
Want a decent and affordable car wash? The Autorific car wash had their grand opening on Monday, October 14, 2019. They offered free washes for the first week. At the car wash, they offer washes that include auto bath, seal, rinse and cure, shine, hot wax, wheel and tire clean, tire shine, underbody blast, spot free rinse, and bug prep. At the end of every carwash, you get a free vacuum. The prices vary depending upon which offer you choose.
There are three different types of washes you can get; The highest priced car wash is $20. You can also get a membership for an “unlimited wash club,” for $19.99 per month.
Many of Durham locals love that there is a new reliable car wash in town that is affordable.
“My [first] experience was good because my car was sparkly clean,” junior Owen Powell said.
Reasons why people love this carwash is because there are a lot of new advancements in technology to make this car was enjoyable.
“It was an enjoyable experience all around, with the colorful soap and my car getting clean,” junior Mackenzie Harris said.
Autorific Express car wash takes no time to go through to have your car looking brand new!
“The car wash was quick, the wait time took about ten minutes max. [Going through the cleaning process] lasted about three minutes,” senior Colby Dennis said.
Giving free car washes for the first week may make or break their business. It gives a good feel of how this car wash works and how good the quality is. Depending on if people liked this car wash, they may, or may not return.
“I think giving free car washes was a good idea for getting the word out for their new business,” junior Ansley Vaughan said.
Although, there are lots of positives about this new car wash, there are some concerns as well.
“The water leaked through the doors and dripped into my car,” junior Jordan Brown said.
The Autorific Express car wash seems like it is off to a good start. The location of this car wash is good for this business because there is lots of activity and not any other automatic car wash local. The next nearest Autorific is ten minutes away, not including traffic. The new car wash should be a successful business.
