NF vs Eminem: Who is the Better Artist?

Eminem is a world famous rapper who released his debut album Infinite in 1996 and

later released Slim Shady in 1999. Since then he has made a name for himself with his rap flow and speed, and he has also disses other rappers and celebrities in many of his songs. He continued to diss other artists and celebrities in “My Name is” , “The Real Slim Shady,” and “Without me.” In 2015 he was compared to upcoming rapper, NF.

NF is a rapper who came from a big christian rapping background. He later made the move to strictly rap music, straying away from his religious roots. His first album was Moments in 2010, which later in 2012 led to him performing for “Xist Music” which is a christian record label. NF has had songs peak in the top ten

billboard five times and top twenty, twelve times. At the time he was being compared to Eminem since they both can rap the same flow and are the best at rapping at a fast pace. There are other rappers who are good at rapping as fast as them such as Joyner Lucas, Token, Logic, and Lil Dicky but they cannot keep up with NF or Eminem.

In 2018, Eminem dropped an unexpected album dissing more rappers and critiques. In one of his songs “The Ringer” most people say he mentioned NF in a verse saying that he was just trying to be another ‘Eminem’ He even mocked the way NF does not use profanity in his music and used his name in a clever way by saying “an effing,” and if said slowly it sounds like “NFing.” It has yet to be officially declared whether it is was a diss.

What makes NF more unique than Em is that his beats are more likely to get a crowd jumping while Em has his lyrics to do so. They both have similar ways in making clever verses but, Em excels at creating sharp and clever hooks that get the crowd hype rather than his beats. This year overall NF has made more songs and has been in the top 20 for the majority of the year. In the end NF is the better rapper with his frequent songs and how he never disappoints fans with his music.
